Refund policy

If the Full Match Report (€29, one-time) is not useful to you, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase — no explanation required, though telling us what did not work helps us improve.

Reply directly to your purchase receipt email, or write to hello@whatbusiness.ai from the address you used to purchase, and let us know you would like a refund. We aim to process eligible refunds promptly back to your original payment method via Stripe.

This guarantee applies to the one-time Full Match Report purchase. Free use of the assessment and free result are, of course, always free. As paid tiers beyond the Full Match Report become available, their specific refund terms — if different — will be stated at the point of purchase.
